  • * 1/4 cup powdered keto sweetener must be powdered
  • * 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • * 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • * 1 tsp instant espresso powder or instant coffee, dissolved in 1 tsp hot water
  • * 1/2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
3. Whipped Topping & Garnish
  • * 1/4 cup cold heavy whipping cream
  • * 1 tsp powdered keto sweetener
  • * 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • * 1 tsp sugar-free chocolate shavings or a drizzle of sugar-free chocolate syrup
  • * Pinch of crushed keto-friendly peppermint candy optional

    1. Prepare the Crust
    1. In a small bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, melted butter, and granular sweetener. Mix until crumbly and combined.
    2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a wide-mouth glass jar (8–10 oz size is ideal) or a small dessert glass. Place the jar in the freezer while you prepare the filling.

    1. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the 2 Tbsp heavy cream until smooth and creamy.
    2. Add the powdered sweetener, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract. Beat until the mixture is light and fluffy.

    4. Make the Mocha Layer: To the first bowl, add the dissolved espresso powder and 1/2 tsp cocoa powder. Mix until fully combined and streak-free.
